Plagued with injuries, Dan was struggling to make progress….

Dan started on our 12 week program, just one session a week when the second photo was taken. Prior to our training together he had struggled with injuries which held back his progression.

So, before moving forward with anything, we sat down and got a plan of action in place. This included correct nutrition via a vegan diet and also a life management plan to better organise his time. Also, to discuss what he will do around our sessions.

Dan’s really worked hard and has now taken that step forward and the results are there for everyone to see. The effort he puts in to the 1 on 1 personal training sessions and reaching his goal is outstanding, and he’s doing this with a very busy schedule.
