Liam wanted to lose weight for his holiday, so, we  visited him for In Home Training once a week and a complete nutrition & lifestyle change. Not once throughout the process did Liam feel restricted with the foods he ate. Liam’s nutrition was based around his lifestyle, food choices (the correct nutrients for the body) and making sure throughout he was enjoying it. We created the perfect balance.

Liam lost 11lbs, increased muscle, increased his fitness levels, and now knows how to maintain a healthy nutritional lifestyle.

He reached his goal for his holiday, which he’s now back from. We’re now working at slow muscle gain, keeping fitness high & his weight at a comfortable level.[
