Amongst what I do, supporting people with their Fitness Goals, Life Nutrition and Wellbeing…. Aarthi actually messaged me out of the blue to show me her progression as she was so happy with her results so far.

Aarthi, through isolation and uncertainty, was still able to carry on and keep on the path to her goal. This is another client who had her wedding pushed back but it didn’t let her stop. Can not wait to see more results from her.
